Ruby Harnden & ZuZu

I'm Marianne. Our family runs a small dairy farm in upstate NY. I help with just about everything, as well as writing a farm column for our local paper and a blog, Northview Diary. First among our dogs is Nick, a retired working border collie. Nick is 13, but when he was younger he herded cows and sheep for us with great enthusiasm.

Ohio Farmgirl & Ti and Lucky

That's me, Ohio Farmgirl, or OFG for short, and my hard workin' farm dogs. We live here on a small farm/homestead in an Amish town in Ohio. I used to be a city gal working in high-tech. Now I work in the dirt. Its fantastic.
My dogs Ti and Lucky are my right hand man and my leftenant, respectively. They are brothers from the same litter, 7 years old, and are white

The second photo [below left] is of me and Chopper, the stinky geriatric dog we inherited from my in-laws. We don't know what he is, but I've guessed that he's half German Shepherd, half hedgehog, and I believe he's about 112.

We are Joe and Cathy Connolly — both of us are retired from the Michigan Department of Natural Resource, Parks and Recreation Division.

Serra Battaloglu & Alex and Zino
Who is in the photo at right?
I am Serra Battaloglu, a 19-year-old university student from Istanbul,Turkey who is training to be a yoga teacher. The dog in the photo is one of my dogs, Alex. He is a 6-year-old male Alsatian. Even though he probably weighs more than 120 lbs, he usually considers himself to be a small petite lapdog.
I also have a another Alsatian who is 5 years old, called Zino.
